Email support@truecostcalc.com. We read everything. There is no ticket system, no contact form to fill out, and no newsletter signup hiding in a checkbox.

Buyers and refunds

If you bought the Real Estate Investment Analyzer Bundle and something is wrong — a formula that doesn't add up, a file that won't open, or you simply changed your mind — email within 30 days and you'll get your money back. No explanation needed. You can also refund directly from your Gumroad receipt link.

Bug reports and suggestions

If a calculator gives you a number you think is wrong, tell us what you typed and what it said. Those emails are how most of the math on this site has been checked. Requests for a new calculator get read too.

What we can't help with

We're not a broker, lender, CPA, or attorney, and we don't offer personalized financial advice or review your deal for a fee. For that, the terms page explains what this site is and is not. Press and partnership questions are welcome at the same address.

Privacy reminder

The calculators run entirely in your browser, so nothing you enter reaches us unless you put it in an email yourself. Details in the privacy policy.
